Can i get a sample before placing the order ?

Yes, we can send you the sample for quality checking. But we will charge you the sample fee(can be refund after formal order) and shipping cost. Shipping normal takes 3-10 days.

How long will it take to make samples ? What is the shipping time for samples ?

Sample making normally take 3-5 days. Shipping normally take 3-10 days.

What is the leading time for bulk order ?

Normally takes 20-35 days after deposit confirmed. Also can be negotiated based on qty and production schedule.

What is the MOQ ?

Our normal MOQ is 100pcs. And the MOQ will be different for different products.

If i order more, will the prices be cheaper ?

Yes, the prices will be different if the order quantity is different. If your order is big enough, we may reconsider our price.

Can you do private label for the products ?

Yes, we can provide labeling service,such as hangtag with your brand information, carton with your company information,etc.

What is the packaging for products ?

Normall wewill using high quality carton box to pack the products. Also we can provide other protections, such as pot protected by bubbles or air column, pot fixed with ropes.

What kind of flower pot do you use for delivery ?

Normally we use standard plastic black pot. We also can do other material flower pot or planter if requested.

What is the guarantee of the product ?

We provide two years of product quality guarantee.

How can you guarantee the product quality ?

We have a very strict quality controlling system which promises that products we produced are always the best quality. 

What are the terms of product offer you can provide ?

Our normal offer is EXW price. Also we can do FOB price if needed.

What is the payment terms ?

Our normal payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

Our nearest port is Shenzhen port, such as Yantian, Shekou,etc.

Can you do UV protection or flame retardant ?

For outdoor plants, we can do UV protection. For indoor plants, we can do flame retardant. Also the price will be different.
